- Ensuring you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing InfoRx on shared devices

- View AI-generated summaries and explanations of your medical information

AI Limitations
Our AI-powered interpretations and summaries:
- Are provided for informational and educational purposes only
- May not capture all nuances of your medical documents
- Are not 100% accurate and may contain errors or omissions
- Should be verified with healthcare professionals
Emergency Situations
InfoRx is not designed for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately, such as by dialing 112 or 999 in Nigeria, or going to the nearest hospital emergency department.
5. User Content and Medical Records
Ownership of Content
You retain all ownership rights to the medical documents and information you upload to InfoRx. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.
Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of the medical documents you upload or the information you provide.
Sharing Controls
Our platform allows you to control who can access your medical information. You are responsible for managing these sharing permissions and understanding the implications of sharing your medical records.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
InfoRx and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InfoRx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

- Our AI algorithms and technology
- The design, structure, and layout of our website and applications
- Text, graphics, images, and other content created by InfoRx

7. Limitation of Liability

- InfoRx makes no warranty that its services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
- InfoRx disclaims all liability for any harm or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InfoRx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
8. Termination of Service
User Termination
You can stop using our Services and delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information and medical records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
InfoRx Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services:
- If you violate these Terms of Service
- If we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to InfoRx or other users
- For extended periods of account inactivity (with prior notice)
- If required by law or government authorities
9. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim against InfoRx, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@inforx.ng. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
Formal Proceedings
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings. Any legal proceeding shall be brought solely in the courts of Nigeria.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or for other reasons. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Sending a notification to your registered email address
- Posting a notice on our website and in the app
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of InfoRx after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These Terms shall comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable Nigerian laws relating to data protection, privacy, and electronic communications.
